We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Project Manager to join our team at Augusta Health. Key Responsibilities- Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely completion of capital infrastructure projects.
- Construction Management: Oversee the construction process, ensuring compliance with approved project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
- Communication and Collaboration: Coordinate with medical staff, contractors, and consultants to resolve field problems and maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Resource Allocation and Management: Identify and allocate resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to ensure optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness.
- Quality Control and Assurance: Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with quality standards, life-safety codes, and Augusta Health standards.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction, or related field, or commensurate work experience. A minimum of five (5) years of experience in hospital facility operations is required.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and project management skills, ability to work in a team environment, and proficiency in Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office.
