Construction Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to join our team at Augusta Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the management of construction efforts, ensuring the quality of work performed, and maintaining a safe working environment.

• Manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
• Develop and implement construction plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and control construction costs, ensuring optimal resource utilization and cost-effectiveness.
• Implement effective communication and conflict resolution strategies to ensure smooth project execution.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC) certification are highly desirable.
