Construction Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to lead our construction efforts and ensure the highest quality of work performed. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing construction projects, working with our designated team, and providing technical direction to ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
• Collaborate with our team to develop and implement project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with construction documents, Augusta Health standards, and work schedules.
• Monitor and control project costs, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
• Develop and implement effective communication strategies to resolve conflicts among project stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction projects, with prior project management experience and experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with proficiency in Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrated time management skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
