Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

Engage with customers in a courteous and professional manner via phone, email, and other communication platforms to address inquiries, provide information, and assist with their requirements.


Product Familiarization:
Acquire knowledge about our innovative medical devices and services to effectively inform customers about their features and advantages.

Training and Growth:

Take part in our extensive training program, designed to equip you with the expertise and skills necessary to excel in the medical device sector.


Order Management:
Assist in order management, including order entry, tracking, and ensuring prompt and precise deliveries.

Issue Resolution:
Collaborate with the team to address customer issues and concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Data Organization:
Maintain accurate and well-organized customer records and data within our CRM system.

Sales Assistance:
Work closely with our sales team to support their initiatives in meeting customer needs and achieving sales objectives.

Qualifications:

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent. Some college coursework is advantageous but not mandatory.

Experience:
No previous customer service experience is required. We seek candidates with a strong desire to learn and develop in the role.

Communication Proficiency:
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Customer-Centric:
A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Technical Aptitude:
Comfortable utilizing various software tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.
