As a Licensed Clinical Therapist, you will play a critical role in delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions to clients across North Carolina.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Therapist to join our team, providing therapy services for individuals, families, and groups through telehealth. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team.

Responsibilities include:
* Conducting thorough client assessments to develop personalized treatment plans
* Maintaining timely and accurate documentation of client progress and session notes
* Collaborating with other therapists, case managers, and healthcare professionals
* Participating in regular supervision meetings and team consultations
* Adhering to all ethical, legal, and professional standards

Requirements:
* Current North Carolina licensure (LCSW, LCSW-A, LCMHC, LMFT, or related licensure)
* 1+ year of experience in clinical therapy preferred (New Graduates are welcomed to apply)
* Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills
* Experience working with diverse populations and mental health issues
* Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team
* Proficiency in telehealth platforms and electronic medical records

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum
