Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Pool & Beach Attendant to join our team at The St. Regis Longboat Key Resort. As a key resource for recreation activities, you will provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a fun and relaxing atmosphere at our pools, beach, and entertainment zone.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide information and assistance to guests about available recreation facilities and activities
  • Encourage and schedule guests to participate in recreation activities
  • Promote a safe and enjoyable environment for guests and members
  • Observe activity in the recreational facility and respond to emergencies
  • Provide cashier services and assist with private functions and events
  • Clean and maintain recreational facilities, equipment, and supplies
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • No related work experience required
  • CPR and First Aid certification
  • Recreation equipment certification
