Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Fine Dining Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender at Truluck's, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and professional environment.
Responsibilities- Customer Service
- Display Southern Hospitality and connect with guests while developing loyal relationships.
- Always maintain a clean and professional appearance.
- Bar Operations
- Work with a team-oriented mindset to ensure seamless service.
- Continuously execute Truluck's Performance Standards (Points of Difference).
- Be aware of and abide by all liquor service laws.
- Product Knowledge
- Possess and maintain product knowledge through continuous weekly education.
- Prepare beverages with consistency of recipe with proper and fresh garnish.
- Cash Handling
- Operate the POS computerized cash register system and accept payments according to company cash handling policies.
- Lawfully declare tips according to tip declaration procedure.
- Five (5) years of previous hospitality experience, and a proven track record of professionalism, accountability, and team commitment.
- Flexible and malleable attitude towards new ideas.
- Beliefs and behaviors that reflect integrity and discipline.
- Must be able to stand for 9 hours.
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
- Ability to perform all job functions while wearing the specified uniform, including proper footwear.
- Accurate communication.
- Command of the English language.
- Working POS knowledge.
- Accurate, efficient, and proper cash handling skills.
