Qualifications:
  • Must have one of the following independent licenses in California: LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
  • Must be licensed and living in the state in which they will be practicing
  • Must have experience primarily working within a specialty (e.g., couples therapy, children, trauma) and be comfortable working with individuals of all ages and populations (Behavioral Health Generalists)
Responsibilities:
  • Meet with clients individually or as a couple or family to assess their emotional and psychological needs and develop a treatment plan
  • See a minimum of 25 sessions per week
  • Participate in a true partnership with the Thriveworks team
  • Be willing to grow into leadership roles or supervisory positions
  • Complete notes within 24 hours
  • Exhibit strong character, integrity, honesty, adaptability, and quality of care
