We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Health Advocates Network. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization.
Job Summary:The Registered Nurse will be responsible for conducting nursing assessments, obtaining and recording individuals' health information and vital signs, and preparing individuals for and/or assisting with examinations and treatments. You will also administer medications and nursing procedures to individuals as prescribed, prepare and implement nursing care plans, and provide clinical supervision and/or instruction to direct care staff.
Responsibilities:- Conducts nursing assessments and obtains, records, and updates individuals' health information and vital signs.
- Prepares individuals for and/or assists with examinations and treatments.
- Administers medications and nursing procedures to individuals as prescribed.
- Prepares, implements, and modifies nursing care plans.
- Provides clinical supervision and/or instruction to direct care staff.
- Observes, monitors, and records individuals' symptoms, conditions, and care.
- Serves as the nursing representative on a treatment team.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
