As a Service and Engagement Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Guest Advocates and Front of Store Attendants, empowering them to deliver exceptional service and sales goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth through effective merchandise presentation and visual merchandising
  • Enhance the guest experience through exceptional customer service and problem-solving
  • Build a high-performing team through effective coaching and development
  • Monitor and analyze sales data and guest feedback to inform decision-making and drive business improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve processes

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a leadership role
  • Proven ability to drive sales growth and improve guest satisfaction
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
