Position Overview:

The Front Desk Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations within the Front Desk department, allowing our club to deliver exceptional customer service. This position requires a thorough understanding of company policies and a commitment to upholding the Crunch brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate membership sales and renewals.
  • Welcome all members and guests with a friendly demeanor.
  • Check in members and guests according to established procedures.
  • Manage communications via club software during member check-in.
  • Answer phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Inform members and guests about special events and promotions.
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere for all members.
  • Address member requests or escalate to management as needed.
  • Maintain professionalism at all times.
  • Promote and sell retail products.
  • Schedule services such as tanning and hydro-massage.
  • Process payments for member services following company guidelines.
  • Familiarize yourself with club facilities, services, and schedules.
  • Keep the work area clean and organized.
  • Assist with various projects as assigned by management.
  • Adhere to all policies outlined in the Employee Handbook.
  • Perform opening and closing duties as required.
  • Participate in employee training sessions.
