Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant Health in the Hamlet, North Carolina area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient goals and needs.
  • Provide evidence-based therapy services to improve communication and swallowing abilities in patients.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to optimize treatment outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient progress and treatment interventions.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
  • Valid North Carolina state license or eligibility for licensure.
  • Clinical experience working with pediatric and/or adult populations is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
