Speech Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at Soliant. This role involves working directly with students to provide speech and language therapy, conduct assessments, and develop individualized education programs (IEPs).
Key Responsibilities- Conduct Comprehensive Assessments: Evaluate students' communication skills and develop a plan to address any areas of need.
- Develop and Implement Treatment Plans: Create individualized treatment plans and IEPs to support students' communication goals.
- Collaborate with Teachers and Parents: Work with teachers and parents to support students' communication needs and develop strategies to promote effective communication.
- Provide Therapy Sessions: Provide speech and language therapy sessions in both individual and group settings.
- Maintain Accurate Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.
- Participate in IEP Meetings: Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student educational goals.
- Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology: A masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid State Licensure: Valid state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as an SLP.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred.
- Prior Experience: Prior experience in a school setting is highly desirable.
- Strong Communication and Organizational Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
