Customer Service & Production Associate

As a Customer Service & Production Associate at Edible Arrangements, you will play a vital role in creating mouthwatering arrangements, dipped fruit boxes, and cut fruit for our Edible treat products. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our Edible service standards are met and surpassed by providing customers with prompt service and delivering a WOW experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design arrangements according to our brand standards, with training provided to ensure you meet our high standards.
  • Wash, peel, and/or cut various fruits to prepare for design, maintaining the highest level of food safety and sanitation.
  • Package arrangements or dipped fruit, ensuring they meet our quality standards.
  • Perform cleaning tasks in accordance with our cleaning standards, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Follow proper food sanitation and handling procedures at all times.
  • Welcome and connect with every customer via phone and in person, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Follow standards for merchandising, stocking, rotating, and storing all products, maintaining a well-organized and visually appealing store.
  • Follow cash handling and register policies, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience working in customer service and/or food service establishment preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a positive attitude and a desire to work within a team.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and/or push objects weighing up to 50 lbs, and stand, bend, reach, and scoop throughout assigned shifts.
  • Valid state driver's license and a clean driving record (if also delivering).
  • Computer skills including Microsoft software and register skills.
