The Community Health System is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit team. As a critical care nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to individuals with complex medical needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patient status and develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and ensure a safe and therapeutic environment.
- Implement evidence-based nursing interventions to modify or alleviate nursing care needs of patients or significant others.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and promote a harmonious work environment.
- Respond to and provide direction to a changing workload in a positive and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of acute ICU experience is required.
- American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certification is required.
- Previous Cardiac/Telemetry experience is preferred.
- Dysrhythmia Interpretation Course and Critical Care Course are preferred.
