Role Summary

The Rehabilitation Specialist at Northwestern Memorial Healthcare is essential in delivering high-quality care to patients. By adhering to the organization's ethical guidelines and compliance protocols, the Rehabilitation Specialist aids in restoring patients' functionality and preventing disabilities through tailored treatment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications

Essential:

  • Valid Physical Therapy License from the Illinois Department of Professional Regulations
  • Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (for graduates prior to 2002) or Master's/Doctorate in Physical Therapy (for graduates post-2002)
  • Basic Life Support certification (American Heart Association)
  • Capability to lift and carry weights as necessary
