Geriatric Care Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Prospect Heights, IL. As a FOX Rehabilitation clinician, you'll provide evidence-based geriatric care to older adults in their homes, promoting independence and quality of life.
About the Role:
As a Physical Therapist with FOX Rehabilitation, you'll deliver proactive and compassionate care to patients, leveraging your expertise to create personalized treatment plans. You'll work autonomously, managing your schedule and caseload, while enjoying the support of our professional network and unlimited continuing education opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct geriatric house calls, providing personalized therapy to older adults
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, promoting patient independence and well-being
- A flexible schedule, created by you, to balance work and personal life
- Professional growth opportunities, including mentorship and continuing education
