• Supervise daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll
• Prepare and scrutinize financial statements, ensuring precision and compliance with GAAP
• Manage month-end and year-end closing activities
• Conduct variance analysis and provide thorough explanations for discrepancies
• Maintain job cost accounting records and oversee project budgets
• Administer construction contracts, change orders, and billing processes
• Ensure precise and timely reporting of project costs and revenues
• Reconcile job cost reports with the general ledger
• Assist in the formulation of annual budgets and forecasts
• Monitor budget performance and suggest corrective measures as needed
