Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Streamwood Behavioral Healthcare System (SBHS). As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our behavioral health services.
Responsibilities:- Assess, direct, delegate, coordinate, and evaluate patient care through collaborative efforts with the healthcare team.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote healthy behaviors and coping strategies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current RN license to practice in the state of Illinois.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a psychiatric/mental health setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.
