Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily audits and report on operational closing/night run
  • Manage front desk operations, including guest requests and walk-in reservations
  • Adhere to the Steamboat Culture Guide and maintain a positive, professional demeanor
  • Provide exceptional guest service, including checking in guests and providing detailed information about the resort
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • One year of related experience or education required
  • Knowledge of basic accounting applications and computer skills required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact positively with guests, coworkers, and management
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
Working Conditions

This role requires working graveyard shifts, operating a computer and calculator for extended periods, and maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. The noise level in the workplace is moderate, and employees may be exposed to harsh and varying outside weather conditions.
