Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Care Specialist to join our team at Providence Mount St. Vincent. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the team.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families.
Requirements
  • Degree in nursing.
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
  • 1 year of LTC geriatric experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Supervisory experience with nursing assistants (NAC's).
  • Experience with an interdisciplinary team.
  • 3 years of direct care experience.
  • MDS/RAI experience.
