Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Care Specialist to join our team at Providence Mount St. Vincent. As a key member of our Interdisciplinary Team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing nursing services to provide high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Team
  • Administer comprehensive and resident-centered care in accordance with current applicable Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations
  • Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication
  • Provide education and training to nursing assistants and other team members as needed
Requirements
  • Current Washington Registered Nurse License
  • 1 year of LTC geriatric experience
  • Teaching experience preferred
  • Supervisory experience with nursing assistants (NAC's) preferred
