About the Team

The Cards & Money Movement team at FIS Global is responsible for building and servicing a diverse set of payments products that serve financial institutions, credit unions, and Fin-Techs. Our product set includes solutions that facilitate end-to-end card transactions, from card processing platforms to fraud tools and platforms, as well as customer-facing websites and apps.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Program Manager II to join our team. As a key member of our Strategy and Operations function, you will work closely with senior leaders to set goals, drive initiatives, and create alignment across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead high-impact complex programs: Oversee planning, implementation, and execution of programs aligned with our strategic objectives.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with program sponsors, cross-functional teams, and product teams to develop scopes, deliverables, resources, work plans, budgets, and timelines for complex initiatives.
  • Manage risks: Identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects, analyze, evaluate, and mitigate risks, and produce comprehensive program reports for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Continuous improvement: Enhance operational efficiency by automating and improving processes for better transparency and accountability.
Requirements
  • Project and program management experience, in both Agile and Waterfall environments, managing complex, large-scale initiatives and influence outcomes.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to deliver projects with qualitative excellence.
  • Problem solving and execution mindset. Consistent and organized approach, with the ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and develop mitigation strategies for potential risks.
  • High proficiency of project management tools, excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of articulating, presenting, and debating recommendations with both executive and technical audiences, effectively partnering with all levels of management.
  • Strong client management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of payments products (e.g. issuer processing, ACH, network).
  • Deep Agile development experience.
