Key responsibilities include:
- Financial management of the branch, meeting or exceeding annual budget targets
- Recruitment, training, and development of the branch team
- Building and executing a plan to bring in new clients, grow existing relationships, and increase revenue
- Market sales plans, recruitment strategies, and cost control
- Delivering exceptional customer service to candidates and clients
- Protecting Ambassador by following company policies and procedures
- Promoting brand awareness through community relationships and involvement
Requirements:
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Experience managing budgets, A/R, Collections, P&L's, and branch financials
- Exemplary performance in attitude, attendance, and professional image
- Initiative and creativity in problem-solving
- Ability to influence and persuade to achieve desired outcomes
- Effective negotiation and closing techniques
- Excellent customer service through follow-up and follow-through actions
- Ability to work well in a team environment and promote camaraderie
- Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
- Ability to multi-task and excellent computer skills (MS Office, Internet/Job Boards, ATS)
Education/Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Recruitment-related certifications are a plus, but not required
