  • Delivering exceptional customer service to candidates and clients
  • Protecting Ambassador by following company policies and procedures
  • Promoting brand awareness through community relationships and involvement

Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Experience managing budgets, A/R, Collections, P&L's, and branch financials
  • Exemplary performance in attitude, attendance, and professional image
  • Initiative and creativity in problem-solving
  • Ability to influence and persuade to achieve desired outcomes
  • Effective negotiation and closing techniques
  • Excellent customer service through follow-up and follow-through actions
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and promote camaraderie
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to multi-task and excellent computer skills (MS Office, Internet/Job Boards, ATS)

Education/Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Recruitment-related certifications are a plus, but not required
