Job Opportunity

We are seeking a certified school counselor to join our team at a school district in Oregon City, Oregon. This part-time position will pay up to $44/hour and requires a minimum of 1+ years of counseling experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Work onsite with a K-12 caseload, providing group and individual counseling sessions as needed.
  • Build rapport and trust with students, fostering a safe and nurturing learning environment.
  • Support other relevant staff to help students achieve their goals.
What We Offer:
  • Weekly direct deposits for consistent payment.
  • The highest rates among educational contracting agencies, with pay varying depending on experience and school district budget.
  • Reimbursement for expenses related to state compliance requirements, up to $150.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree required.
  • Active Oregon TSPC counselor certification required.
  • Availability to work 7am - 4pm.
  • Two references with one from a previous direct supervisor/manager.
  • Background check, drug screen, and fingerprinting.
