Key Responsibilities- Provide direct care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, medication administration, and therapeutic interventions.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Document client progress and maintain accurate clinical records.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum three years of experience working in a behavioral health setting, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Valid Oregon driver's license and ability to pass a DHS background check.
- Competitive hourly wage: $22.00 per hour, with opportunities for advancement and professional growth.
