Job Overview

Tencarva Machinery Company is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Engineer Trainee to join our team. As a Sales Engineer Trainee, you will assist our experienced Sales Engineers and Application Engineers in performing application engineering and providing quotations for a wide variety of process equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and preparation of cost estimates and projected increases in production from the client's use of proposed equipment or services.
  • Conduct site visits and interact with customers to understand their mechanical problems and systems failures.
  • Recommend the proper machinery and design to provide a solution to the customer's problems.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Engineer team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Provide technical services to clients relating to the use, operation, and maintenance of equipment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year college or university; strong preference for Engineering, particularly Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Chemical, Electrical, etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and employees.
