Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at All-Star Orthopaedics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and other clinicians to restore function, improve mobility, and decrease pain.
  • Assess patients' strength, range of motion, balance, and coordination, as well as their posture, muscle performance, respiration, and motor function.
  • Record prognosis, treatment, response, and progress in patient charts, identifying and documenting goals, anticipated progress, and plans for re-evaluation.
  • Administer manual exercises, massage, or traction to relieve pain, increase strength, or prevent deformity or crippling.
  • Test and measure patients' strength, motor development, and function, sensory perception, functional capacity, or respiratory or circulatory efficiency, recording data as needed.
Requirements:

We require a Bachelor's degree in physical therapy from an accredited program, successful completion of a clinical internship, and a minimum of two years of experience as a physical therapist, preferably in a clinic setting.

Candidates must also possess a current state physical therapist license and a current CPR certificate. A Master's degree in physical therapy is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $83,000-$110,000, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
