SG Homecare Inc. is seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team in San Francisco, CA.

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of Talent Acquisition Manager. The successful candidate will have 6 years of progressively responsible experience in Human Resources, with a minimum of 2 years in recruitment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional inter-personal communication skills and be proficient in labor laws and HR principles, practices, and procedures.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for hiring managers and maintain strong working relationships to provide a staffing strategy that fits the future needs/demands of the business.
  • Determine applicant requirements by studying the job description and job qualifications, and evaluate applicants based on their fit for the role.
  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including screening, interviewing, advertising, and negotiating offers to internal and external applicants.
  • Evaluate the quality of sources for active and passive candidate recruitment, and recommend networks to find qualified passive candidates.

The ideal candidate will also have strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends associated with key performance indicators (time-to-fill, etc.) and service level targets. Additionally, they should be able to navigate through ambiguity and manage multiple initiatives, exercising sound judgment and discretion within the Human Resources department and with employees.
