Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our Capriotti's Pennsylvania team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing team of restaurant staff, providing coaching, development, and performance management to ensure excellent service and quality standards.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee daily restaurant operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution and maximum profitability.
  • Customer Experience: Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest has a positive and memorable experience at our restaurant.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth, increase sales, and enhance brand awareness.
  • Financial Management: Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, to ensure profitability and maximize returns.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leadership experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with a strong focus on team development and customer satisfaction.
  • Operational Expertise: Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service.
