Job Description

The Night Auditor is an essential member of our hotel team, working closely with the Front Office staff to ensure seamless operations during the overnight shift. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations, including guest registration, reservations, and room assignments
  • Prepare and balance daily financial reports, including revenue, expenses, and discrepancies
  • Conduct regular security walks to ensure hotel safety and security
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college course work in hospitality or related field preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience in a hotel or related field, with a focus on front office operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests

Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
