Executive Building Maintenance seeks a highly skilled and experienced Janitorial Services Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cleaning services and be able to manage a team of janitorial staff to ensure exceptional results.
Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Assign tasks to janitorial staff and supervise their work to ensure high-quality results.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to janitorial staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflicts and issues between janitorial staff in a professional and efficient manner.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with management and staff to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a janitorial management role.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong communication and leadership skills.
