R&D Process Development Specialist

This is a challenging opportunity for a skilled R&D Process Development Specialist to join Nesco Resource's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing process improvements in the medical device R&D area.
Key Responsibilities- Perform process engineering studies to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
- Derive conclusions and write development reports on findings.
- Create manufacturing work instructions, product specification documentation, and manufacturing production records.
- Work with limited oversight to implement process improvements once trained.
- Use Microsoft and other software packages to prepare reports and communications.
- Keep management apprised of all findings in a timely manner and offer solutions to problems as they arise.
This position will consist of approximately 80% lab work, 15% report writing, and 5% training. As the process gets developed and the product gets closer to production, the breakdown will shift to 15% lab work, 80% report/documentation, and 5% training.
