Job Description:
The Entrepreneurial Market Expansion Lead role at ThinkTank Telecom, LLC involves leading our expansion efforts in Brooklyn, New York. Key responsibilities include enrolling new customers into Lifeline and ACP services, managing inventory, and driving significant sales performance in your designated territory.

Main Objectives:
  • To exceed sales targets by applying superior selling and marketing strategies.
  • To establish a high-performing team environment, fostering collaboration and growth.
  • To identify and secure optimal Partner locations within Brooklyn, New York, maximizing service outreach and customer accessibility.
  • To ensure efficient oversight of all inventory, providing enrollment specialists with the necessary tools for successful subscriber engagements.
  • To recruit, train, and onboard qualified candidates for enrollment specialist positions.

Requirements:
We seek a highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual with a strong understanding of the local area and telecommunications industry standards. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Experience in management or supervisory roles, preferably in direct sales or marketing, is essential. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities are also required. Compensation packages start at $85,000 and can reach up to $125,000 annually.
