Job Summary

Mason Interactive seeks an experienced Affiliate Marketing Strategist to develop and lead our affiliate marketing division. This role requires a strategic builder who can define and execute an affiliate marketing vision, build a team, and client base from the ground up.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Department Development: Establish Mason Interactive's affiliate marketing strategy, structure, and processes, including resource allocation and team recruitment.
  • Campaign Development and Execution: Design and manage affiliate campaigns end-to-end, from strategy and launch through performance analysis and optimization.
  • Affiliate Network Expansion: Identify and recruit high-potential affiliate partners and influencers to establish a strong, diverse network.
  • Performance Tracking and Optimization: Implement tracking and reporting tools to monitor campaign effectiveness and refine strategies based on performance insights.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications in digital or affiliate marketing are a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience in affiliate marketing with a proven track record of building and scaling successful affiliate programs.
  • Entrepreneurial drive and ability to build or scale a new marketing program from scratch.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with affiliate tracking, data analysis, and performance metrics.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple client accounts and campaigns.
