Job Title: Program Manager, Multifamily Energy Efficiency Programs

Resource Innovations is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead the successful launch and deployment of IRA Inflation Reduction Act programs in Ohio or Indiana. As the Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of outreach and operations staff working on multi-family energy efficiency programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement short and long-term implementation plans to meet program goals and objectives.
  • Lead program implementation activities, including managing budgets, timelines, and resources.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, industry stakeholders, and program contacts.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive program deliverables and ensure timely submission.
  • Assess project progress and develop innovative solutions to new issues and market dynamics.
  • Manage and lead a dynamic team, setting performance standards and objectives, and creating effective delivery teams.
  • Support outreach functions through community engagement, program presentations, and relationship building.
  • Develop and manage partnerships with subcontractors, community groups, and industry affiliates.
  • Manage client expectations, satisfaction, communications, and resolve client issues.
  • Interface with internal departments to develop efficiencies and meet program needs.

Requirements:

  • US Citizenship is required due to IRA funding stipulations.
  • Must be located in the greater Columbus, OH or Indianapolis, IN area.
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in business, energy, engineering, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 6+ years' experience in energy-efficiency or a related field is required, with Multifamily or Commercial & Industrial (C&I) program experience preferred.
  • Previous management experience, including leading technical staff, is required.
  • Proven success in developing and implementing project scopes, budgets, and plans is required.
  • Proficient skills with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools are required.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Advanced energy-related certifications, such as Certified Energy Manager (CEM) Certification, are preferred.
  • A master's degree or MBA is preferred.
  • Experience managing multi-family focused energy efficiency or weatherization programs is preferred.
