Job Overview:
The Oscar Award-winning Film & TV Production Company is looking for a talented Business Affairs Executive to join its team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the full range of legal work for the development/acquisition, financing, production, post-production, and distribution of films and television projects. The successful candidate will have a JD degree and at least 5-10 years of transferable professional legal and/or business affairs experience in film production. They will be able to work independently, handle a high volume of legal matters, and maintain efficiency and accuracy under pressure.

Estimated Salary: $160,000 - $220,000 per year (dependent on experience)

Responsibilities:
  • Carry out business and legal affairs responsibilities in connection with the company's production of motion pictures and content worldwide;
  • Draft, negotiate, document, and manage a wide variety of agreements relating to development, production, post-production, sales, distribution, financing, and licensing of our content;
