Job Description:

This role involves providing administrative support to the Business and Legal Affairs team, drafting and editing various legal documents, assisting with internal clearance review process, managing contractual terms and obligations, and performing ad hoc projects as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Draft, edit, and proofread standard legal documents.
  • Assist with internal clearance review process.
  • Manage and track contractual terms and obligations.
  • Perform research, compile information, and complete ad hoc projects.
  • Summarize key deal terms for internal review and circulation.
  • Basic contract administration.
  • Serve as internal and external point of contact for business and legal affairs questions.
Requirements:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with 3-5 years of experience in entertainment business and legal affairs. Strong communication skills and ability to interact with employees at all levels are essential.

The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Mac, G-Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and DocuSign. Animation experience is a plus.

Compensation:

This role comes with an estimated annual salary range of $92,520 - $123,600 based on location, education, and experience. Benefits include medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other perks in accordance with applicable plan documents.
