Renewed Hope Ranch is a Residential Treatment Center for adolescent girls ages 13-18. As a Guidance Mentor, you will provide a safe and structured environment for the girls to work through their emotional, mental, behavioral, and academic struggles in a residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support and guidance to adolescent girls
  • Develop and implement personalized plans to address the girls' needs
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in outings and activities with girls, such as hiking, service projects, and sports
  • Establish and maintain strong boundaries while demonstrating patience and compassion

Requirements:

  • 20 years or older
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced residential setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience and compassion when working with adolescent girls

Compensation:

$12-$15 per hour, depending on experience
