Position Overview

After-School Program Coordinator for Grades 4-6 at Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy

Status: Part-Time, Non-Exempt, Hourly


Role Summary: This position is responsible for overseeing and facilitating the after-school program for students in grades 4 through 6. The coordinator will ensure a safe and engaging environment for all participants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage student check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Facilitate homework assistance and study sessions.
  • Organize snack time and devotional activities.
  • Plan and lead both indoor and outdoor recreational activities.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills in a youth-oriented setting.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
  • Excellent communication abilities with both students and parents.
  • Ability to interact with warmth and patience.
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential.
