About the Role

Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy seeks a dedicated and visionary leader to serve as the Principal of our Upper School. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a critical role in upholding our Christ-centered mission and ensuring academic excellence in our Upper School.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Vision: Articulate and promote the school's mission, vision, and core values, fostering a positive, inclusive, and Christ-centered school culture.
  • Academic Excellence: Monitor and evaluate academic programs and student performance to drive continuous improvement, supporting and mentoring teachers to enhance instructional quality.
  • Faculty and Staff Management: Retain high-quality faculty and staff who align with the school's values, providing ongoing professional development opportunities and performance evaluations.
  • Community Relations: Foster strong relationships with students, parents, colleagues, and the community, addressing student behavioral and academic issues with a focus on Christian virtues and restorative practices.
  • Financial Management: Manage the Upper School's budget and financial resources effectively, representing the school in the local community and building strong partnerships with churches, organizations, and stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in educational leadership or administration, preferably in a Christian or private school setting.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in financial management and strategic planning.
  • A strong personal commitment to Christ and Christian formation, demonstrated ability to lead with integrity, empathy, and vision, and a passion for education and student development.
