We are seeking a skilled Clinical Assistant to join our team at Stepping Stone Inc. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and assist with all tele health visits
  • Assist with drug screen and lab send outs
  • Assist with scheduling needs
  • Gather clients for group and individual sessions
  • Prep work for group
  • Upload documents into the EMR as needed
  • Complete document audits as needed
  • Communicate with RNs and Psych NPs for follow up visits

Requirements:

  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Must be open-minded, flexible, and willing to take direction
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screen
  • Exceptional display of verbal and written communication
  • Must be organized
  • Must have the ability to use all basic functions of a computer

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CDCA preferred but not required
  • Peer support preferred but not required
