Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all installation, repair, and upkeep operations of the company's facilities, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

  • Troubleshoot and repair complex equipment issues, utilizing expertise in electrical systems, Allen Bradley PLC, HMI, and VFD.

  • Use CMMS software to track maintenance activities and generate reports, providing valuable insights for cost-effective maintenance operations.
  • Manage the CapEx budget, ensuring cost-effective maintenance operations and optimizing resource allocation.
  • Implement and monitor LOTO procedures to ensure safety, protecting employees and equipment.
  • Provide technical leadership and training to the maintenance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize maintenance activities, driving business growth and success.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance management role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of Allen Bradley PLC, HMI, and VFD, with experience in electrical systems and equipment maintenance.
  • Familiarity with GMP, OSHA, and other regulatory standards, ensuring compliance and safety.
  • Experience with CMMS software and SAP, utilizing technology to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Proven ability to manage a CapEx budget effectively, optimizing resource allocation and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, with a strong focus on problem-solving and troubleshooting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, with a strong foundation in technical expertise.
