We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our Culinary Services team at Warde Senior Living in Windham, NH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving meals to our residents. Responsibilities- Prepare and serve meals in accordance with sanitary regulations and established policies and procedures.
- Review menus prior to preparation of food and process diet changes as needed.
- Assist in establishing food service production line to ensure that meals are prepared on time.
- Ensure that menus are maintained and filed in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must have knowledge of sanitary procedures and prior food service experience.
- Working every other weekend is a requirement.
- ServSafe Certification preferred.
