We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Macomb County, working with patients to regain and improve their ability to perform everyday activities.
About the Role:
- Conduct thorough assessments to determine patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Provide hands-on therapy to improve strength, mobility, coordination, and range of motion.
- Teach patients new methods and techniques to compensate for limitations and achieve maximum independence.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
Requirements:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Michigan.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in occupational therapy.
- Strong knowledge of relevant therapy techniques and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary: $95,000 - $165,000 annually.
