The Sales Team Lead is responsible for creating a welcoming store environment through customer engagement and operational leadership. Customer Specialists build lasting relationships with customers that contribute to company goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Service:
    • Shares products, fit, and fashion trends with customers to inspire and build trust.
    • Plans and organizes customer contacts to deepen relationships.
    • Participates in community and store activities promoting the brand.
  • Business Acumen:
    • Stays up-to-date on business drivers, competitive landscape, and fashion trends.
    • Balances customer service and operational tasks to prioritize customer needs.
  • Operations:
    • Supports operational tasks and performs opening/closing duties as needed.
    • Maintains a safe work environment and follows company policies.
Requirements:
  • Strong sales or hospitality experience, with demonstrated ability to meet performance standards.
  • Able to work at least 16 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficient in using mobile technology to engage with customers.
**Estimated Salary:** $40,000-$55,000 per year (dependent on location and experience)
