Sales Representative, Cambridge Crossings

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Cambridge Crossings. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of sales experience in the retail industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. You will be confident, articulate, and possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Providing personalized service to clients, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations
- Building strong relationships with clients through active listening, empathy, and effective communication
- Identifying opportunities to drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, including sales transactions and customer feedback
Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
