Infusion Therapy Professional

Job Summary:
The Nursing Infusion Liaison will work collaboratively with healthcare teams to provide high-quality nursing care and education to patients. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate care and communicate patient status
- Deliver patient education and support to promote healthy outcomes
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent experience
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
Compensation and Benefits:
