About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team at All Medical Personnel. As an OTA, you will play a vital role in helping patients overcome their physical limitations and regain independence.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and organize programs to help patients adjust to their handicaps through educational, sensorimotor, social, and recreational activities.
- Collaborate with all disciplines to evaluate team goals and establish effective treatment plans.
- Administer and manage treatment programs to ensure realistic and achievable outcomes for patients.
- Must meet all state educational requirements for Occupational Therapy Assistants.
- 1-2 years of recent experience in the field is preferred.
- Collaboration skills are essential to ensure effective and efficient patient care.
- Active state license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant is required.
