About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Surgical Sales Representative to drive revenue for our breast device portfolio in the Ventura, CA area.

This multifaceted role involves meticulous planning and execution of customer meetings to generate sales for the territory, requiring a deep understanding of selling in a surgical environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Meet or exceed sales quota for all products
  2. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity
  3. Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  4. Plan and execute sales strategy to drive revenue for cosmetic implants and Reconstructive expanders
  5. Manage all aspects of territory logistics, including inventory, samples, VAC approvals, AR tasks, FLASH, and salesforce
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with hospital approving or contracting entities
  7. Coordinate with marketing and leadership team to ensure appropriate utilization of resources
  8. Manage territory expense budget and follow all applicable expense guidelines
  9. Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to plan and successfully execute national and regional trade shows
  10. Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and technologies to continuously improve sales execution
